Description of Significance THE RAILWAY EXCHANGE BUILDING IS AN EIGHT-STORY COMMERCIAL SKYSCRAPER LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN MUSKOGEE. THE BUILDING IS CLAD IN RED BRICK, WITH CAST STONE AND TERRA COTTA ACCENTS. THE TWO-STORY BASE OF THE BUILDING IS DELINEATED BY WHITE TERRA COTTA ORNAMENTATION AROUND WINDOWS AND DOORS AND IS TOPPED WITH AN ORNATE CORNICE. LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER 8/11/1983.
